Study: Repetitive element expansions contribute to genome size gigantism in Pamphagidae: a comparative study (Orthoptera, Acridoidea)
show Abstracthide Abstract
By comparing and analyzing the repetitive sequences of the eight species, identified the differences in repetitive sequences in Pamphagidae genomes and gained new insight into the differences in repetitive types and content among genera. Through the analysis of the evolutionary characteristics of TEs, explored the evolutionary dynamics of TEs in Pamphagidae genomes.
